Services are provided on a month-to- month basis and clients may cancel their service at any time at least (30) thirty days in advance of any upcoming recurring payment. When cancelled according to these terms, the upcoming recurring payment will constitute the final payment due for services rendered. All services are billed in arrears. Meaning that you, the customer is billed after services are rendered. All payments made cover the work performed the month prior.

Chargebacks are PROHIBITED and will be prosecuted to the FULLEST extent of the law. JDS Financial Solutions puts forth the effort to fix your past credit mistakes. Credit repair is NOT an overnight process and we should be compensated for the work that is performed on your behalf. If a chargeback is committed it will be treated as THEFT OF SERVICES and will be handled as such.

Money-Back Guarantee: You are entitled to a 100% refund on all monthly payments if:

• We don’t get at least 1 deletion.
• You have been in our program for at least 120 days from the time you signed up.
